- Brief: Cinderella was my third Pop-Up Book for Templar Publishing. It was, as always, very enjoyable to manipulate the pop-up mechanic designs and illustrations and to see them develop and grow together, with the help of Andy Mansfield the paper engineer. I think my favourite pop-up spreads are the giant pumpkin with swirling magic and the Prince's castle, which shows a miniature Cinderella running away to the village below and into the woods, minus her tiny shoe! The sound effect plays the clock striking midnight.
